Sevenhill Hotel Owners Paul Longbottom and Kate Shadiac attended the Adelaide Entertainment Centre July 30th 2019 for the annual Australian Hotel Association South Australian branch awards.
Hosted by Mark Soderstrom and co-hosted by outrageous international cabaret superstar Hans.
Over 860 people attended this premier event with musical guests Brisbane indie pop band Sheppard getting everyone on the dance floor to celebrate their hard work over the past 12 months.
Sevenhill Hotel were thrilled to take out the award for “Best Country Dining” for the third year in a row! Owners for nearly 6 years, Paul and Kate say they continue to provide consistently great house made food, providing a seasonal menu using local producers where possible. Diners can experience great quality table service with friendly staff with a wealth of knowledge of the food menu and Clare Valley Wines.
On top of a 3 year win for Best Country Dining in SA, Paul & Kate were also recognised for their Community Service and Support, receiving a Certificate of Merit for the Hotel. Paul and Kate support local sporting clubs and the Sevenhill CWA who have monthly meetings in their boardroom. They are continually supporting local fundraisers such as the Country Fire Service.
Paul and Kate will fly to the Gold Coast to attend the National AHA Awards on September 16th 2019. They hope to take out Best Country Dining Nationally.

The evening was a sit down 3 course meal with no shortage of beverages, the Hotel Industry owners and employees were able to have a night off, network with other Hotels and let their hair down for the night.
